Returns & Refunds Policy 

We want you to love everything you receive from The Blush & Brew, from the slow burns to the enemies-to-lovers tropes. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

🕒 Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

📚 Condition Requirements

• Books and merchandise must be returned in the same condition they arrived, unread, unused, and free from damage (no bent spines, creased pages, or signs of wear).

• Items must be in their original packaging (where applicable).

❌ Change of Mind Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns simply because you didn’t enjoy the book or changed your mind about the story. We believe every book finds its right reader. If this one didn’t spark joy, perhaps it’s perfect for a friend!

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right ASAP.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees, unless it was our error).

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
